The Clan

The Clan is a small group of independent survivors living in Sanctuary on Haunted Hill. They are living in hiding from the warlords in the area. All initial player characters are members of the Clan.

Rance

Elkton Rance is the warlord/King of Rivertown. Rivertown is a fortified town to the north and east of Sanctuary on the other side of the Dark Forest. Rivertown is positioned to control the Meeyamee river. Rance seeks to control the region through military might. There is open warfare between the forces of Steele and Rance

Steele

Kyle Steele is the warlord/leader of Fort Steele – a large community located on a hill to the south and west of Sanctuary. Fort Steele controls the East/West road and seeks to dominate the region by force. There is open warfare between the forces of Steele and Rance. Steele also seeks to exterminate metahumans.
